Jane Penfold was the 10th child of Abraham and Mary Penfold. She married James
Ellsley in June 1818 at St John the Baptist church in Puttenham .James was
stated as being a native of Frimley.
They had ten children but where they were born and christened is not clear. She
was obviously interested in family history as she supplied a document to the
church that showed the family history of the Penfold, Grey, Stovold, Ellesley
and Bolter families.
She was reported to have used her great aunt's walking stick.
Jane married James Ellsley on 6 Jun 1818 in St John the Bap., Puttenham, Surrey, England. (James Ellsley was born in , Frimley.)
