In 1860 and 1880 she was living with her brother George in Hartford, Connecticut, and was a widow [cen.]. [She is probably a daughter of Janet Gibson by her second husband].
Dave Cunningham: A Janet Gibson married James Arthur in Edinburgh on 17/06/1813. Cannot find any children in Scotland for this marriage - may have gone to U.S.A? Also, no record for a Janet Tinline getting married during 40 years after death of George.
