Her daughter Clara, last born stated that Mary Jane Campbell had 13 children.
Also reported in 1910 Census that Mary Spens had given birth to 10 children and that 10 were living at time of Census.
Mary married Nathaniel Spens, son of James Spens and Isabella Irvine, on 21 Jun 1869 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. (Nathaniel Spens was born on 21 Jun 1838 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, baptised on 23 Aug 1838 in New Jerusalem Ch, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, died on 25 Nov 1916 in Mountainville, Mt Pleasant, Sanpete, Utah and was buried on 1 Dec 1916 in Mt. Pleasant, Sanpete, Ut.)
